September

It just made us happy to play it. So almost every weekend since about February, Brian would spontaneously put the song on and begin to tap his toe.  He has hillbilly in his blood so he can’t listen to music without some form of toe tapping.

This song just brings a smile to our faces. As we listened and talked about the plans for this coming year for the farm we thought that we’d like to have a “Harvest Ball”.  We think truly we will host it in September. This year, we are lucky that the twenty first of September falls on a Friday night. We think we will have a dance platform, food and of course great music.  We will invite close friends and dance the night away.

Brian thinks we will always have to have the Harvest Ball on the twenty first even during the work week.  We shall see. One thing is for sure, we just want to celebrate life with family and friends and listen to great music.
